If the cable is within the 10 year period from the date of purchase, we will:
- Replace the cable with same.
- If we do not have the exact cable, we will offer you a cable of similar functionality.
- If we do not possess same or different cable of same functionality, the price paid at time of purchase will be refunded for said cable.
We pay for return shipping! However kindly show us the shipping receipt for proof of return, after which we will ship your replacement cable.
